None to Run is a running app built for real people. We help beginners start slow, stay consistent, and build the habit of movement into their lives. Founded by Coach Mark Kennedy, an RRCA Certified Run Coach, None to Run has supported thousands of people around the world in discovering that running doesn’t have to be fast or perfect — it just has to start.
